December 2006 Volunteer of the Month

Congratulations to Maria Foster for being selected as December Volunteer of the Month.

Maria does many things around the Senior Center, but most important she helps with the Thrift Store.

Maria has been a volunteer for 3 years and works about 12 hours a week. She helps to keep the Thrift Store organized. She say’s “besides knowing you are doing something good for the community, there is always so much to learn from other people, especially seniors.” This is why Maria volunteers.
